In this weeks Focus on Canada Wellness iN Tune (WiN) People,  we feature Cecil McIntosh, B.B.M, C.Ht., Master Relaxation Mentor and author of 21 Stress Stopper Formulas and multiple audio products teaching How To Convert Fear and Anger into Peace and Power. Cecil lives and practices in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. He was born in Barbados and concedes that his teachings are the result of the lessons he summoned from the devastating experience he lived through 16 years ago.

As he explains himself: “I was a stressed out entrepreneur. I was bankrupt, had a broken marriage and I was crippled by undiagnosed back pain. Three years later I was pain-free and had the money and the marriage I always dreamed of.”

Cecil attributes the misery that he went through and that most of us go through everyday to our “desire to acquire the ALMIGHTY dollar at any cost”. He says this was contrary to the teachings of his grand parents and parents who emphasized that whilst earning money was important, living a balanced lifestyle was even more important.

Cecil pledged to pass on the lessons learned from this turning point in his life and thus an extremely successful mentoring practice was born in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada which has allowed him over the years to earn the respect of his peers and of his clients. Cecil is sought by celebrities, entrepreneurs and top performance athletes to transform the crippling demons from within, which hold us back into powerful allies cheering us to new success.

As Cecil says, “I now understand, (happiness) is an inside job which begins with the ability to RELAX. I found my passion by going inside. I have learnt to have the FAITH to intuitively listen and act (TRUST) immediately on any messages I receive. This is how I arrived at the TRUTH. Now you know how I was able to heal my crippling back pain and develop the Empty your cup® Process. Today, I run the world’s leading institute on turning stress into success with a goal to transform one million lives.”

Cecil says that the world would be a different and much better place if each person became consciously aware of their capacity to relax and to help others relax using the EYC™ Process which he developed and fine tuned over a 14 year period with glowing testimonials from satisfied users from around the world. EYC does not stand for the Episcopal Youth Community which passes for the same acronymn - It is the abbreviation for Empty Your Cup, the metaphor Cecil uses for Getting Rid of Your Stress.

The EYCTM Process is a simple, logical, easy- to-apply system based on THREE steps which are simple ceremonies of the mind for transforming stress into success.

The first step in the EYCTM Process is for creating daily balance.

The second step helps in managing daily stress challenges.

The third step is for harnessing your inner power.
